Who we are
The thinking behind Stag Space.
Stag Space (Private) Limited is a digital product studio registered in Sri Lanka. We're a deliberately small team — small enough that everyone who works here has direct ownership over what gets built.
We started by building tools for ourselves. Covvey came from wanting a private community space that wasn't built around an algorithm. Perks came from noticing that most loyalty programs reward the business more than the customer. Sense of Ceylon came from wanting to show Sri Lanka the way we'd show it to someone we respected. Glourra came from wanting to bring Sri Lanka's organic botanicals to the world without the middlemen and markups that define most supplement brands.
All four products are live. That's the standard we hold ourselves to — not ideas, not mockups, not MVPs sitting in TestFlight. Shipped products that real people use.
Beyond our own products, we work with a small number of projects and people we genuinely believe in — businesses and ideas we'd be proud to have helped build from the ground up. We are selective because we go deep, not wide. If that sounds like what you're looking for, we'd like to hear about it.

An idea that stays in Figma is not a product. Everything we build reaches real users before we consider it done.

Fewer people means more ownership, faster decisions, and better work. We take on less so we can go deeper on what we do take on.

We build for the user first.
The business model is important. But if the product isn't genuinely useful to the person using it, none of the rest matters.
